Flat endless elastic belts

We can make endless belts without junction below 3m lengths.

This process is particularly reliable for medium or large quantities. (it is not usable for single pieces).
We have developed our polyurethanes ranging from 35 shore A to 55 shore D hardness using our material testing and characterization methods. Our polyurethanes are particularly stable over time even at high temperatures. Their relaxation resistance and abrasion resistance are exceptionally good compared to the polyurethanes commonly used in our profession.
We have developed several processes for the realization of belts to cover the range of dimensions, to be able to realize structures, and also to combine our polyurethanes with other materials (sylomer, linatex, PVC, etc...) to realize multilayer belts.

 

Our polyurethane allows us to produce belts from 35° shore A to 55 shore D, as well as multi-layer belts.

We also know how to make endless seamless belts below 2m lengths. 
Our polyurethane allows us to make belts from 35° shore A to 55 shore D, as well as multi-layer belts.


These belts can be structured, perforated, coated, etc...

Rectification

The perfect control of the belt's stiffness (to limit the efforts on axes while ensuring the function of the belt throughout its life after relaxation) pushed us to develop two grinding machines that allow us to reach thickness tolerances and coefficients of friction particularly precise and stable.


Almost all of our endless belts are ground to guarantee tight thickness tolerances.
