It is recommended to use grooved pulleys, support rollers, and guide rails to hold the belt in place to carry the load. When guiding the V-zone, the V-zone groove must be designed to support the strap at the bottom of the groove and allow the strap to contact one side of the groove at the same time to avoid problems.
The diameter and number of support rollers required depend on the length of the conveyor and the weight and size of the goods to be transported. The support track with a smooth surface can be grooved to support the transport area. The slit size should project across the width to prevent the belt from clogging.
