We manufacture multilayer belts (with several polyurethanes of different hardness from 35 shore A to 55 shore D) and also integrate other coatings (Sylomer, linatex, etc...).
We can work all coverings used in the field of belts and conveyor belts (Polyurethane, PVC, rubber) with or without structure on any type of support (flat, toothed, grooved, trapezoidal belts or conveyor belts).
All the coverings in our range can be joined by bonding or fusion bonding for polyurethane and PVC. Some coatings such as Linatex® and polyurethane foams can be made endless.

Fusion joining
This process allows us to join polyurethane and PVC coverings by fusion, without the use of glue.
The major interest of this process is the absence of hard point. The behavior of the coating over time is then identical to an endless coating, there is no premature wear of the joint. There is also no rotation way.
