Multilayer flat elastic belt with welded joint
The production with two parts permits a wide scope of possibilities to combine diverse belt hardnesses and structures. As a development partner, we are accordingly in a situation to perfect your machine design. For instance, with the belt design for inclined conveyors the transport side has more grip, but the running side has good gliding properties.

We can make multilayer belts (with several polyurethanes of different hardness from 35 shore A to 55 shore D)
and also integrate other coatings (Sylomer, linatex, etc...).
